OFFICIAL sIGN-UP & pAYMENT Instructions

Step 1: Complete the Sign-Up Form

Fill out your travel information using the SIGN-UP LINK.

Step 2: Pay the Initial Deposit and other Payments

For Current Marching Band or RaiseRight Families (with Membership Toolkit Account):

• Log into Membership Toolkit.
• Navigate to My Account > My Forms > Rome Trip Payment.

• Complete the payment form for each band student and family member traveling.
• Click Save and Checkout to reach the checkout screen.
• Enter the amount you wish to pay. You must pay the minimum scheduled amount per traveler, but you can pay more if you prefer.
  • Credit Card:Click Pay Now if paying via credit/debit card.
  • Check: If paying by check, choose Pay By Cash or Check (made out to WLNMB) and drop your payment in an envelope marked Rome Trip with your students name into the Band Box located in the WLN Band Room F110 (near Mrs. H's office door). Also, to keep track of all payments, please fill out they CASH/CHECK PAYMENT form and include a copy with your cash/check submission and email a copy to wlnbandrome@gmail.com.
    
    
    
    
    Note: A convenience fee applies to all online transactions. If paying by check, it must be in the band box by the due date of payment (see below for the Pricing schedule)
    
• To make additional online payments, log into your Membership Toolkit account. Once logged in, you will be given a message that you have an order with an outstanding balance and there will be a link to pay. For additional how-to information, please see our Making Payments on Outstanding Balances document.

For NON-Marching Band Families (Band or 8th Grade Students):

• Go to https://wlnmb.membershiptoolkit.com/.
• Select Create Account and enter your name, email, and password.
• Click Verify My Email, then check your email for the verification link (expires in 2 hours).
  Tip: Check spam/junk folders if you don’t see the email.
• After verifying, log back in and complete the Parent/Family and Student Information forms:
• Identify your student as a Rome Traveler (WLN Band or CHS Band).
• For Parents, “How are you connected to our band?” select Rome Traveler / Parent.
• Hit Save.
• You will now have a green checkmark next to your Parent and Student Information box.
• Complete the Rome Trip Payment form:
• Go to My Account > My Forms > Rome Trip Payment.
• Fill out payment details for each traveler.
• Complete the payment form for each band student and family member traveling.
• Click Save and Checkout to reach the checkout screen.
• Enter the amount you wish to pay. You must pay the minimum scheduled amount per traveler, but you can pay more if you prefer.

Step 3: Upload Passport Photo

Upload a COLOR photo of your passport in the original SIGN-UP LINK.

• Photo must be clear and in color.
• Save as JPEG or PDF before uploading.

Pricing

The $4,295 package covers airfare, checked luggage, lodging, meals, transportation, tickets/admissions.

Please note that the price for the Rome trip is subject to change based on factors such as airline, airport, & government taxes fees charges and surcharges, and any adjustments by the travel provider.
