IMPORTANT

Please do NOT create a new Google Form entry for any reason. You should have received a link when you submitted your initial form. This link will return your form already filled out, so you can modify or add new information. If you think you need to create a new form, please reach out to us for assistance, WLNBandRome@gmail.com.

pAYMENT Instructions

OPTION 1: In Person – Cash/Check Only

Step 1 - Make your check payable to “WLNMB” or “Walled Lake Northern Music
Boosters.” Put the check in an envelope marked with your student’s name and “Rome
Trip”.

Step 2 - To keep track of all physical payments, please fill out the CASH/CHECK
PAYMENT form. Email the form and a picture of your check to
wlnbandrome@gmail.com.

Step 3 - Drop the sealed envelope in the Band Box located in the WLN Band Room
F110 (near Mrs. H's office door) by the end of school day.
You do not need to submit anything in Membership Toolkit. Once your payment is
received, the treasurer will update your account.

OPTION 2: In Membership Toolkit – Debit/Credit/ACH Only

Step 1 - Log in to your Membership Toolkit account

Step 2 - Previous Orders

• Select the Previous orders option in the log-in box on the top of your screen. 

Step 3 - Choose Order for Payment

• On your Account Profile screen, select the Orders tab. This will present a table of all orders either submitted by the user or created and submitted by an administrator.
• Orders with a Balance Due are presented at the top. On the right side of the table is a column for amount due related to each order.
• Select the Order Number for an order that you would like to make a payment for.

Step 4 - Make a Payment

• Once you have selected an Order for payment, information regarding that order will be presented.
• Select "Make A Payment".

• If you have any Raise Right credits, you can choose to apply those to any payment by selecting “Use Credit.” Simply enter the amount you want to use and select “Apply”. Then finalize on the next screen by selecting “Apply Credit To Order Now.”

• If you don’t have any Raise Right credits, you will enter the amount you want TO PAY. You will input $800 for all payments but the last payment. Then select “Pay Now.”

• A Payment Information screen will appear to choose if you want to use an existing Credit Card or enter a new form of payment. If you select a new form of payment, you can enter a new Credit Card, a debit card, or you can link directly to your bank. Follow the steps to enter a new form of payment. The click “Continue.”

• On the next screen, to finalize the payment, select “Process Payment.”

Pricing

The $4,295 package covers airfare, checked luggage, lodging, meals, transportation, tickets/admissions.

Please note that the price for the Rome trip is subject to change based on factors such as airline, airport, & government taxes fees charges and surcharges, and any adjustments by the travel provider.
