Order your Marching Band, Band, Choir or Orchestra Music Decal / Sticker

Decal Cost:

• $15 for a personalized decal
• $10 for a generic decal
• Check payable to WLN Music Boosters or go to your My Accounts > My Forms and choose the Music Decal/Sticker Payment Form.

To place an order:

1. Fill out the Music/Decal/Sticker Payment form
   • Choose how many personalized or generic decals you'd like to purchase
   • Choose which Option you'd like to purchase (1 - 7 in the image above)
   • Choose if you'd like it for Marching Band, Band, Choir or Orchestra
   • Choose if you'd like generic or personalized
   • If personalized, let us know the name or instrument.
2. Submit payment.

• Cash/Check: submit your order form and cash/check in an envelope with your students name and "decal" to the Band Box (big box in the band room in front of Mrs. H's office).
• Credit Card: submit payment via LumaPay.
