Music Boosters
The Walled Lake Northern Music Boosters is an umbrella organization committed to enhancing the musical experiences of our Bands, Choirs, and Orchestras. ALL parents of music students are considered members of the Music Boosters. It allows the music teachers to focus on developing the talent of our students by coordinating activities for the band and by providing additional resources where necessary. We work closely with the music teachers, who are also members of the Music Boosters Board, to assist them in whatever way possible.
As they say, it takes a village. The best thing you can do is become active in the Boosters. That doesn’t mean you have to volunteer for everything, but your participation is encouraged and appreciated. It takes an a lot of volunteers to make things run smoothly for the music department and although they won’t admit it, your kids actually like having their parents involved!

Board Meetings
All parents and students are welcome to attend the monthly music booster meetings. Meetings are normally held once a month on either a Tuesday or Wednesday beginning at 7:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in the Choir Room at WLN. Please check the calendar for an up-to-date schedule of the meeting dates.
