Away Camp

 

When:   Monday, August 3rd – Saturday, August 8th

Where:  YMCA Camp Ohiyesa, 7300 Hickory Ridge Rd, Holly, MI 48442.

 

Marching Band Away Camp is a mandatory camp for all members of the Marching Knights! Away camp is just that, it takes place away from home and school. This is an immersive experience that enables the students to form that critical bond to play as one unit in addition to learning the music and formations on the field for the coming season.

 

Typical daily schedule (subject to weather):

  • Field work in the morning
  • Lunch
  • Free time
  • Sectionals
  • Full Band
  • Dinner
  • Evening Field Work
  • Evening Activities 

Parents, please pencil in this week now for volunteering.  We need a lot of help to run Away Camp!
