You must be ON the field and ready by 9 AM! Please be at least 15 minutes early. Doors open at 8:15 AM.

Bring with you every day:

• Close-toe shoes
• Water bottle labeled with your name
• Sunscreen
• Instrument, Music, Pencil, Lyre, Flip-Folio
• Hat
• Sunglasses

Please come prepared if there is rain in the forecast.

We Also Need Your Help with Food Donations!
We’re counting on everyone to pitch in and help fill our HOME Camp food donation sign-up. Every contribution is needed to either feed our hungry students or for a special part of camp!

Medical Volunteers Needed!
We’re still in need of medical volunteers to help staff our med tent at AWAY Camp. If you have medical experience, are CPR certified and are available to help, please reply to this email—we’d love to have you on board!

We are currently verifying that all volunteers have completed and been approved through the required background check process.

If you have not yet submitted your Criminal History, it must be completed immediately. Unfortunately, if we do not receive it, we will need to release your spot to another approved volunteer.

Each year, our Home Camp sections go head-to-head in a spirited competition to win the ultimate bragging rights—and the coveted Section of the Day trophy! Bring your energy, creativity, and team pride as you dress to impress for each theme day. Let’s see who can bring the most spirit!

Here’s your lineup for the week:

• Monday: 🌟 Neon Day – Bright, bold, and glowing! Light up the camp with your most vibrant neon gear.
• Tuesday: 👟 Soccer Moms vs. BBQ Dads – Pick your side and bring the suburban swagger or backyard BBQ vibes.
• Wednesday: 🏖️ Beach Day – Sand, sun, and surf style! Think sunglasses, beach hats, and tropical flair.
• Thursday: USA Day – Red, white, and blue all the way! Show your patriotic pride.
• Friday: 🦸 Disney / Superhero / Character Day – From princesses to caped crusaders, dress as your favorite character and end the week with a bang!

**Seniors please turn in your completed Poster the FIRST DAY OF HOME CAMP so we can laminate them!!

On Wednesday, we will be fitting for new shoe orders and glove sizing. This is the ONLY time we are doing this. Make sure your student knows their shoe size as we are self-sizing this year. Cost is $48 for shoes and gloves are $4 a pair (you should have 2 pairs). Please bring cash or check made out to WLNMB or you can pay in Membership Toolkit up until Tuesday Jul 22nd.

If your student will be bringing any medications to AWAY Camp or has had any changes to prescribed medications, please complete a Medication Authorization Form and submit it as soon as possible.

💊 Medications We Provide:
We will have the following over-the-counter medications available upon request—no form is needed for these, as consent was given during registration:

• Tylenol
• Ibuprofen
• Benadryl
• Allergy medication (Claritin)
• Tums
• Calamine lotion

🚨 Important Reminders:

• All medication forms must be submitted during HOME Camp—not on the morning of departure. This allows us to prepare the required medication log in advance.
• Please send all medications in their original containers, placed inside a gallon-sized ziplock bag labeled with your student’s name.
