Aloha Marching Knights!

This is a reminder that a payment of $650 per traveler is due on Monday, 11/7/22.

Please see below on how to make your payment.

Hawaii Trip Payments

To Pay using PayPal

  • Log into Membership Toolkit: https://wlnmb.membershiptoolkit.com/

  • Look for the blue box on the home page that states you have an order with a balance due.  It will say, "Click here to pay".  If you do not see this box, please contact Christen Inchaustegui at wlnmbtreasurer@gmail.com.

  • Under the heading "Orders with a Balance Due", find the order for Hawaii and click on the Order Number.  
  • Click "Make A Payment Now"

  • Input the amount you will be paying (should be $650 per traveler) and click on "Pay Now using PayPal"

  • Follow the PayPal instructions to complete your payment.

To Pay by Check

  • Please make the check payable to WLNMB or WLN Music Boosters.  Put the check in the band box at Northern (large gray box in band room directly outside of Ms. Hulliberger's office) or mail directly to the treasurer at:

Payment Schedule – Total Cost $3,250

Jun 10 - $300 Deposit    Oct 3 - $650 Payment

Aug 1 - $650 Payment    Nov 7 - $650 Payment

Sep 5 - $650 Payment    Dec 19 - $350 Payment

Final payment will be less based on Trip Insurance.  More info to come on this.
